Palmove Luxurious Beachfront Apt

The apartment location is great. Great view of the sea and Larnaca city. 3-5 Minutes walking distance to a nice family sandy beach and nice restaurants, fish taverns, ice cream stores and minimarket. It is very clean and well renovated. Has all the necessary kitchen appliances and cookware and smart TV with free Netflix. All necessary toiletries, blankets, sheets, towels are provided. Shower has pressure pump for nice water pressure and there is a water heater for cold days. WIFI is also very good. We did not have any noise from nearby apartments. Some noise from the main street below but only when windows are open and because the apartment is on the 7th floor the noise is minimized. The bed and pillows were comfortable and there is good air-conditioning in both rooms, plus in the bedroom there is a ceiling fun which was really nice. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a family with a small child or toddler. We would certainly visit again. Over all an enjoyable stay.

The first time you enter the apartment is somehow of a puzzle. It is explained in the instructions send by the management which are actually very good, but it is a bit tiring after a long journey with a child. First you have to park outside the building and go into the building to get the key-fob key for the elevator from the locker at ground floor. Then you go up to the apartment to get the key and parking key from the locker next to the apartment door and then you have to come down again, park the car in the building premises using the paring key and then finally unload. Off course you have to do this procedure only at check in. Also, because there are 2 similar buildings in the same block and both have the same access code at their main entrance, we initially ended up in the wrong building trying to find the wrong locker. Anyway, it was not as much of a problem in the end as much as an adventure. What would be really appreciated is that a couple of water bottles, a wine bottle and/or a basket of fruit provided at check in. Also the parking provided is not covered and upon availability. To be honest we stayed here at high season and there was always a parking space available, so no problem there.

Все понравилось, отличные апартаменты, отличная локация -между двумя пляжами, хороший бассейн, в апартаментах есть всё необходимое для проживания, даже пляжные полотенца, сушилка, стиральная и посудомоечная машинка, кондиционеры, балкончик с видом на море. Рядом много ресторанов и кафе, до центра 15 минут пешком по набережной.

Great location you can walk to restaurants and local convenience store. If you hire a car, it is a an easy place to exit from to go for day drives to other places. We really like the outlook, and the kitchen. This unit is well set up with well designed cabinets so you can make yourself at home.
