A beautiful apartment right in front of the famous beach of luxury Mackenzie area known for its magnificent beaches, cafes, bars, restaurants and nightlife.
Great place to relax and enjoy quality time with family and friends.
Location is great its 5 mins drive to airport and 5 mins walk to famous mackenzie beachfront restaurants and a ten minutes walk to Larnaca town center.

- Residential property, please respect neighbors and keep noise level at a minimum. Please note that a siesta period hours of 1-4 p.m. is common by locals.
- The host reserves the right to remove the tenant from the property without any compensation, if the tent is found to be causing unacceptable noise levels and disturbing the peace.
- The tenant must pay a refundable security deposit of 300 EUR The tenant will be held responsible for any breakages or damage to the property and its contents.
- The price includes 250 kw/h of electricity per week, excessive use will incur the charge.
- In the months of June, July and August the minimum stay is 7 nights.
