Entrance door is hard to open, shower head needs replacing, and the film on the balcony glass either needs to go or be replaced.

Спасибо большое! Очень понравилась квартира. В ней все было предусмотрено, чисто и очень уютно! Все работало. Фотографии полностью совпадают с представленными на Букинг. Местоположение прекрасное! Виды из окон великолепные. Интернет быстрый. Персонал на 100 баллов. Просто огромное спасибо.

Location excellent. Good size apartment. Comfortable bed and sofa. Very helpful management staff. Self check in via lockbox at address close by.
Apartment is getting tired and some maintenance is required very soon, i.e. sticky front door&stains on carpet. Beware that the apartment is in the Sebel hotel building and bars, restaurants, bowling alley etc are DIRECTLY underneath the building hence a high level of noise til midnight and beyond

Location and views were excellent. Close to restaurants and the viaduct. Well appointed with a kitchen, bath, separate shower and televisions in the lounge and bedroom. Large balcony with great views over the harbour. Please note that it is in the Sebel Hotel building but not part of the Hotel.
The key pickup process, whilst clearly explained, required visting a separate site with a coded entry and another code required for the lock box. This had to be done on exit as well. The place wasn't very clean with remnants of previous guests. It took quite a bit of effort to get the room we wanted but we got there in the end.
