Proximity to everything and the views over the water

The convenience of location, it was clean and tidy and well appointed but most of all management were exceptional to deal with.

The location was excellent and the view was fantastic. Easy walking distance to fabulous restaurants, Ahi and Bossi were great. So was Giraffe just below us, great coffee and a nice place to have breakfast.
No negatives.

it was very outdated and not really up to its prestigious name. the price was a little unreasonable for how old it was.
