Monolocale ottimo per passare pochi e piu giorni , ambiente molto pulito, nota di merito per la doccia spaziosa e confortevole .Posizione ottima vicina al centro della citta e al mare litoranea di ponente .la colazione inclusa da consumare verso dei bar convenzionati idea apprezzata.

La scala per il secondo piano ovviamente non si puo cambiare ,ma non e' adatta certo a tutti, noi non abbiamo avuto problemi ma la salivano e scendevamo con cautela ma degli anziani o una famiglia con un bambino di pochi mesi forse potrebbe creare qualche problema (quest'ultimo pensiero personale) . 😐😐😐😐😐😐😐

Mooi bij centrum van Barletta. Alles was aanwezig in appartement. Tevens dichtbij het strand. Ontbijt goed geregeld. Spannend was de trap naar boven maar voor ons geen probleem. In koelkast 2 biertjes en 2 water. Prijs ongelofelijk laag.

Perfect location in the heart of Barletta’s old town, just a few minutes from the theater and nearby sights. The apartment was beautifully renovated, very clean, modern, and everything worked perfectly. We especially enjoyed the small balcony overlooking a quiet narrow street, which gave us a real local Barletta feeling. The host was very kind and helpful, and the welcome gifts, coffee, and tea were a lovely surprise. The included breakfast at a nearby café, with croissant and cappuccino each morning, was also a great part of the local experience. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Parking was not included, as clearly stated, so this is not the property’s fault. However, staying in Barletta old town with a car was quite difficult, especially finding parking near the apartment. I would recommend coming without a car if possible. Also, the stairs from the street are quite steep, so carrying heavy luggage can be a bit risky. This seems typical for buildings in Barletta rather than an issue with this specific property, but it is useful to know in advance.

Close to trainstation, centrum and beach. Nice price, clean, balcon and kitchen. Great city. Steep stairs up to appartment, taket care😊
