Ausstattung: es war alles vorhanden Aufteilung der Wohnung war mal was anderes. Sauna und Whirlpool top. Service und Hilfe top. Sauna war einmal defekt - gleich am nächsten Tag kam die Verwalterin mit einem Handwerker. Super.
Es gab nichts zu meckern.

Man kann fußläufig zur Bäckerei gehen, ebenfalls sind mehrere gute Restaurants in der Nähe und wenn man möchte, ist der Chiemsee auch zu fuß zu erreichen. Sauna und Whirlpool haben einwandfrei funktioniert, jedoch war die Bedienungsanleitung für "Sauna-Neulinge" nicht so einfach zu verstehen. Wir sind mit Hund angereist, dies war unkompliziert und der Außenbereich ist eingezäunt.
Die Papiermülltonne war nicht geleert und fast voll bei unserer Anreise, die Außenbeleuchtung über der Terrasse funktionierte nicht einwandfrei sowie ein paar weitere Kleinigkeiten, diese haben wir bereits bei der Verwaltung gemeldet und Sie wollten sich darum kümmern.

Sehr gut - tolle Aufteilung, alles wie angegeben. Nähe zum Chiemsee (1km zu Fuß) und als guter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Unternehmungen.
Das wäre jammern auf hohem Niveau aber wenn dann hat uns eine Mikrowelle gefehlt.

serh schwierige bis unakzeptable Parkplatzsituation, große Mückenplage es fehlen Insektengitter an den Fenstern und Türen. Schlechtes bis gar kein Internet.
