Heart of Malaga Apartment

Really good location, close to the city center, but still in a calm street. We haven’t even needed to use public transport, you can walk everywhere. There are 2 ACs, one on each floor. It was really easy to get in using the key safe, and it was really tidy when we arrived. The host was really kind, provided every information needed in time, really good at communication. Also sent a list of recommended sight, bars, restaurants, etc.

As some already stated before me, there are nails sticking out of the stairs. The left hand side windows downstairs cannot be closed properly, so road noise can enged more easy. Also we found lots of ants downstairs. However, that might just be a one time thing. Upstairs, the roof windows can be opened, but the do not stay that way, so not much fresh air unless you prop them up. Also the toilet cistern keeps leaking water into the toilets after flushing, so you have to play with their buttons to minimize it, but it doesn’t stop interely. These are tiny things, which can be fixed with a small effort. Also worth mentioning, that the walls are probably pretty thin, so you can hear the neighbours talking at night.

Einige technische Defekte mit Auswirkungen auf uns Bsp. keine Duschaufhängung für Duschkopf vorhanden, Klimaanlage unten macht während des Betriebes erhebliche Geräusche und wenn der linke Dauerbewohner kocht (täglich um 22:00 Uhr) mit der Dunstabzugshaube sind in unsere m Apartement erhebliche Lärmbelästigungen zu hören und Gerüche wahrzunehmen
