About this apartment rental
New listing right in the heart of the city!!! A magnificent and charming brand-new 60-square-meter apartment with two small balconies, recently renovated with stylish and tasteful design details. An ideal spot for couples, groups of friends, and families looking to stay in the heart of the city. Located on a quiet, semi-pedestrian street, you’ll step right out the door and find yourself in the city center. Just 5 minutes from Calle Larios and 10 minutes from the beaches of La Malagueta. It’s located on the first floor with an elevator accessible from the building’s entrance, requiring you to climb only 6 steps.
With marble floors and high ceilings, it features 2 bedrooms with new, super-comfortable beds (one bedroom with 2 single beds measuring 90x1.90 cm and a built-in closet, the other bedroom with a 1.35 x 1.90 m double bed and a built-in closet).
Various types of pillows are available for added comfort.
Spacious and cozy living-dining room with a sofa bed (2.40 m wide; bed dimensions 90 x 2 m) … and a super-comfortable designer armchair, a dining table that seats 5 people, and a 45-inch Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube…
Fully equipped kitchen with cookware and all top-quality, brand-new appliances—refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Nespresso capsules and standard), juicer, kettle, 3-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, and all the necessary cooking utensils.
Ducted hot/cold air conditioning throughout the house (in both bedrooms and the living room). Additionally, if preferred, both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house (300 Mb). Additionally, wired internet connections are available in both bedrooms and the living room to optimize remote work.
Newly renovated designer bathroom featuring a spacious shower, hair dryer and straightener, towels, shower gel, and shampoo. Ironing board and iron provided.
Bedding, bath linens, and beach towels included. Some welcome products and amenities included.
Professional cleaning of the entire apartment before each new reservation.

Located on the corner right across from the well-known and iconic Convent of the Discalced Carmelites, on a semi-pedestrian street in one of the city’s most authentic and distinctive neighborhoods, right in the heart of Málaga’s historic center. This was our first trip to Malaga and after exploring the sites in Malaga we used this as a base to travel to other places in the area, such as Gibraltar, Seville, Granada and Cordoba.
The location in Malaga was great for us to be so close to the famous pedestrian shopping area of Larios. We also were close to the Malagueta beach area.
The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and would reach out during our stay to ask how we were doing. The apartment looks just like in the photos on line and was very clean - the shower was awesome! The only thing I would suggest is to use white noise on your iPad or phones to muffle the street noise from people, especially on the weekends. Once we did this it really helped and was not a problem.
