Todo. Los dueños, majísimos. La limpieza y la comodidad de la habitación, también de 10. El enclave y las vistas, muy buenas. Repetiría y recomendaría.

Buena ubicación para lo que necesitábamos, muy cerca de la playa de Valdearenas, Liencres y todas las layas de esa costa. Muy buena comunicacion con el anfitrión y una fantástica tienda de palas cántabras en el propio alojamiento.
OJO a la gente con movilidad reducida. El acceso al apartamento se realiza por una escalera metalica bastante empinada. O pindia como se dice aquí

Les échanges avec les propriétaires, leur gentillesse, la facilité d entrée dans les lieux, la vue sur la mer, le jardin avec salon extérieur de repos, l espace plancha, la boutique de tok pok, la proximité du golf, des plages et de la ville de Santander et le confort de la literie.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Nutzung von Garten und Grill ist erlaubt. Es gibt einen schönen Ausblick. Die Nachbarn sind nicht übermäßig zu hören. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und sehr zurückhaltend. Es gab eine gute Wegbeschreibung.
Beschwerliche Treppen. Keine Moskitogitter vor dem Fenster. Schlechte Luft, durch Viehhaltung in der Nähe. Nur kleine Küche, die sich alle Gäste teilen müssen, wenig Grundausstattung an Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Kein vorheriger Hinweis auf die 2 Hunde vor Ort (waren aber wirklich friedlich).
