Ottima posizione, appartamento di pregio ampio e luminoso, in un piccolo condominio nella ZTL "La Marina" di Cagliari, a due passi da Via Roma e Piazza Yenne. I bagni, seppur ciechi, entrambi dotati di sistema di ventilazione efficiente. Aria condizionata in soggiorno ed in una delle due camere. La cucina, non presentava segni di sporcizia seppur la lavastoviglie non ha dato sempre cenni di voler collaborare.

In 4 ospiti mancava un cuscino ed un set bagno di asciugamani, nonostante dalla prenotazione fosse chiaro il numero di ospiti. La proprietaria ci ha prima invitato ad utilizzare un cuscino presente in struttura, ma le condizioni igieniche non erano idonee ed ha quindi tempestivamente provveduto a recapitarcene uno nuovo, peccato che con quello spessore non sarebbe stato sufficiente nemmeno per un bambino. A discapito,sicuramente, il materasso completamente affossato nel centro, rispetto ai due fianchi. Delle due camere, quest'ultima in particolare non poteva essere arieggiata in quanto le finestre affacciavano su un cortile interno davvero sacrificato (il che, sommato al materasso come descritto, ha reso insonne la maggior parte delle notti trascorse) mentre l'altra era dotata di ampia cabina armadio e condizionatore. Pulizia da rivedere, sia per le camere che per i bagni (ok la saponetta per ogni ospite, ma il dispenser del sapone, se fornito, almeno che sia pieno!).

The property itself was charming, very airy, and spacious, featuring lots of windows along the hallway, kitchen, and lounge. We loved the well-equipped kitchen and the posters of films and local exhibitions displayed throughout, which provided a lovely insight into the local art and crafts scene. The location is fantastic—very close to the bus stop for Poetto Beach, a 10–15 minute walk to the airport train station, and near the harbor where you can watch beautiful sunsets. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and food options under a 10-minute walk away. Both the lounge and the master bedroom were comfortably equipped with air conditioning.

Upon arrival, the second bedroom was not prepared, and there were no extra clean bedsheets available in the property. As a result, I had to sleep on the sofa for the first night until the agency provided the sheets the following day. Additionally, the second bedroom lacks air conditioning and was very stuffy, though the agency did kindly provide a fan upon request. While the windows in the second bedroom offered good noise cancellation, the master bedroom windows allowed street noise to filter through. This made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep when it was noisy outside.

Perfect stay. Loved the apartment. And would quite happily live there!! Everything you need and very central location. Fantastic to have the washing machine available. There are stairs to access but this was no problem for us.

A lot of construction going on outside most days so it was pretty noisey. Also the day we left 15 June 2026 they began a full renovation in 2 apartments downstairs so we were very happy not to be staying while this was occurring.
