The apartment, recently renovated, is located in the heart of the historic center in the highest part of the MARINA district. It is very bright and panoramic. It is equipped with air conditioning, WI FI, 40 "LED TV, washing machine, microwave oven, hairdryer. Composed of: passage, large double bedroom, living room, independent kitchen with electric oven, bathroom with shower. From the large L-shaped balcony (6 + 6 meters) you can admire the Gulf of Cagliari overlooking the sea and the mountains of Pula, Sarroch and Capoterra. In five minutes on foot you can reach the port, the railway station, suburban buses and all the urban bus lines that serve the city and the hinterland (line M, line 1, line 3, line 5, line 6, line 10, line Q, line 3P) and the beautiful Poetto beach (10 km of white sand, with free toilets and showers) and the airport shuttle bus (which is about 4 km away). 5 minutes from the main theaters, museums and cinemas. In the neighborhood there are the most renowned restaurants and clubs in the city. The area is limited traffic. Within a radius of 200 meters there are pharmacies, banks, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, public gardens, fast food restaurants and the civic market of San Benedetto.

I spent several weeks in Cagliari studying Italian, and Luciano the owner went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. In addition to picking me up and dropping me off at the airport, he invited me to several lunches and musical jam sessions where I got to meet many of his friends and got a crash course in speaking Italian :-). The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, in a great location in the Marina quarter, minutes away on foot from restaurants, shops, and markets. I would be happy to stay here again if I return to Cagliari.

Dieser Aufenthalt wird mir nicht zuletzt wegen des ausgesprochen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Eigentümers ewig in Erinnerung bleiben. Der Zustand der Altbauwohnung ist sehr gut und mit der in zwei Räumen eingebauten Klimaanlage kann man auch im Sommer einen kühlen Kopf bewahren. Das Apartment ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen und zahlreiche sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung sind mühelos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Gesamtkonzept!! Werde bestimmt irgendwann zurückkommen.

Abbiamo avuto una grande vacanza con spiagge, vita notturna e visite a Cagliari. L'appartamento è situato nel cuore del centro storico della città e anche vicino a tutto ciò che si può visitare di interessante e divertente. La descrizione dell'appartamento è completamente compatibile con l'annuncio e tutto funziona bene. Tante grazie per la calorosa accoglienza Luciano!
