Ottima posizione, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici: bus, treno. Garage privato. Nelle vicinanze supermercati e panetterie. Appartamento silenzioso e pulito. Spiaggia vicinissima e libera.

This is an apartment that is great because of its location. While it didn't have a view, it was very convenient to move about the area and get to things. Also it was great to have the balcony to sit out on.
The advertising for the flat is great but, putting 4 in the title made me think that there was a separate sleeping area for another 2 people. Really this flat is for a couple, and while the sofa bed was excellent, easy and very comfortable it made the place feel small when in use. So I wouldn't sell the place as 4 man, but as a 2 man with option for an extra couple.
