Beach Appart - Appt à 5min de la plage

First and foremost, there is a private parking space, even if it is not in the same building. It is but a couple of minutes' walk away. Parking in Dinard can be a bit of a nightmare, especially when you are so close to the centre. The flat is spacious and has all the furniture for a short stay. The bathroom is tidy with a nice shower. The availability of a washing machine was very welcome. The kitchen has all the utensils needed for a short stay, but it is not equipped for you to cook gourmet meals - why would you? You are in France, after all! It was a bonus to have a balcony. The location is superb. We have stayed here before and will not hesitate to stay here again.

The coffee machine uses pods. We are not a fan of them and would like to have the option of a cafetiere. Having one in the cupboard doesn't take up much room and we can make proper coffee to our taste. The sofa is a little tired. The cupboard/wardrobe could do with a bit of a tidy. The flat faces north east and so doesn't get any sunshine. Good that there's no chance of sun burn but it took days to dry our washing.
