Lovely location - good reception staff. Very helpful overall. Neat and clean place. Resturant service is slow. Breakfast was okay - could have been better.

The spacious room and the staff. The manager Abhilash is extremely hands on and helpful. Atal from the reception and Nitin from the restaurant are also welcoming.
The quality and selection of food. The menu items were limited. There was a distinct lack of seasoning in most of the food. The chicken dishes were consistently overcooked. The only fish that was offered was mahi-mahi. The chef did prepare seer fish specially for us but the fish was frozen. On the positive side Abhilash invited us to a buffet which was on the house. The buffet had an excellent chicken and vegetable soup and Irish stew.
Besides the food, the charges seemed inflated when compared to the services and food that were available.
