Location. Heritage value & historic feel to the property. Cordial staff. Lovely breakfast.
Room curtains do not compliment the overall ethos of the property making it look like a budget lodge due to their colour, texture & length. Can be reimagined to enhance the overall decor. No luggage rack so guests end up keeping their luggage on the floor or on the nice small tables. The shower cubicle doesn't have a door which results in water splashing into the dry area & onto the towel rack kept outside. The windows glass panels in our room felt as if they were not cleaned for some time. They have been provided with another layer of transparent glass/polycarbonate to cut the sound from the busy street below which is very helpful but does not allow easy access to clean the original window glass panels. Maybe that could be the reason. Anyway feels a bit icky to have unclean windows.

The rooms were roomy and nice to stay in. Good AC...THe pool was really sweet to lounge around in. The breakfast was excellent and much variety and well made self serve area.
I'm sorry I have zero complaints...It was awesome, would easily stay there again.
