Locația apartamentului este într-un bloc curat, foarte aproape de plaja și de parcul de distracții. Un alt plus este că are propriul loc de parcare. Și cam atât.
Foarte prost dotat, canapeaua din living foarte murdară, nici cea de-a doua lenjerie nu era foarte departe, la baie chiuveta și wc-ul se mișcă, o parte din duș nu funcționează....și sunt multe. Curățenia făcută pe repede înainte... Un apartament nefinisat.... NU RECOMAND
