Apartament superb aproape de tot ce ai nevoie!

Everything was alright.

Nice apartment with high quality furniture and build materials, big Livingroom smart TV, separate kitchen, excellent balcony view. The bed is firm and feels great to sleep in. Large balcony with glass sides. High quality bathroom appliances and the drain worked fine. The Internet speed is above 32 Mbps. Friendly and polite host. Very close to nice restaurants, grocery stores and beach pubs. Plenty of public parking spaces available. Downstairs pizza place.

The sleeping room does not have a AC unit of it-s own. It gets quite hot in the evening. Also the living room AC unit was not properly cleaned, it had an unpleasant smell. The cleanness of the room was below average, pictures show that bathroom and kitchen were not properly cleaned: cutlery drawer was full of debris and dusty, saucepan was miserable, the shower cabin required additional cleaning and furniture was quite dusty. One more annoying thing was that you would have to wait for up to 4-5 minutes to have hot water in the shower. Once it started, everything was OK. Some more words about the building and location: The surrounding area is generally under construction. The other apartments in the building are being worked on and there is a lot of noise even during noon quiet hours. This is quite terrible for the mid-day pice of sleep and quiet for you and your kids. The building elevator was faulty, terribly slow, even broke down for a couple of hours. There was a water outage that occurred in the evening after returning from the beach. You can imagine the frustration of not being able to take a shower. The balcony beach view comes with the price of having 3 nearby outdoor pubs that have loud music up to and sometimes even after midnight.
