O apartamento é 100% moderno, desde a cama a máquina de lavar roupa tudo aparenta ser muito novo.
O acesso. Por ficar no último andar, são 4 lances de escada com 13 degraus cada, para uma estadia longa com muita bagagem é realmente complicado. Mesmo ao fim do dia depois de passear fica cansativo subir tudo para descansar. O chuveiro é pessimo, eles recomendam duchas rápidas para economizar água, mas é impossível tomar um banho rápido com o chuveiro que oferecem, é uma ducha com uma saída pequena e com jato de água fraco. Para lavar os cabelos é necessário muito tempo, e para pessoas altas fica simplesmente desconfortável
