Liels, plašs dzīvoklis, tīrs. Labs internets. Moderna un gaiša dušas telpa. Gultas lielas un ērtas. Atrašanās vieta ir tuvu centram.
Telpās praktiski nav logi, līdz ar to ir ļoti tumšs. Ir jāslēdz gaismas. Dzīvoklī ir skaļi, kaimiņi, kuri skaļi uzvedas, ka nav iespējams no rītiem gulēt. Apartamenti atrodas pirmajā stāvā, tāpēc var dzirdēt kā sitas durvis. Virtuvē nav nekādas garšvielas. Ja vēlaties ko pagatavot, rēķinieties, ka būs pašiem jāpērk veikalā pat sāls. Ja būsiet ar mašīnu, var būt grūtības atrast bezmaksas stāvvietu.
