About this apartment rental
Welcome to my apartment!
On the 2nd floor (no elevator) of an apartment building, 100 meters from Piazza Vittorio Beach, 450 meters from Villa Margherita (where there are playgrounds for children, a pond, centuries-old trees, and an outdoor theater), 500 meters from City Hall where the pedestrian promenade begins, a 15-minute walk from the hydrofoil terminal for the Egadi Islands, 400 meters from the train station and bus station; shops and a large supermarket 600 meters away;restaurants, bars, and self-service restaurants—all right on your doorstep
As you can see from the photos, the apartment features a kitchen (equipped with an oven, refrigerator, kettle, dishes and pots, microwave, and TV), 2 bedrooms (one with a smart TV), and 1 full bathroom (toilet, bidet, shower, sink, and washing machine).
I provide household cleaning supplies, soap, shower gel, a 2000W hair dryer, and laundry detergent.
The apartment is equipped with two air conditioners, one in each bedroom, which also function as inverter units for heating during the winter.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests, and the building is accessed via a shared courtyard. If you arrive by car, you can park for free in the courtyard or on the surrounding streets, while the adjacent square has a large parking lot that costs 50 cents per hour from 8:00 AM to midnight (during the summer).
We can provide a beach umbrella for the public beach and some toys for the children.
We provide towels and beach towels for guests.
Please note that, given its location, the apartment is ideal for athletes who want to run or walk along the Trapani waterfront, since you’re already on the waterfront as soon as you step out the front door and cross the street.
Tap water is not safe to drink anywhere in the municipality of Trapani.
Please note that all guests must present a valid ID at check-in to allow the host to register them on the State Police portal, as required by law.
In addition, upon arrival, guests (children under 10 are exempt) must pay 2.5 euros per person per day for the first 5 days of their stay as a tourist tax to the Municipality of Trapani, as detailed on the official website.
On the day of check-out, which must take place by 10:00 a.m., guests will leave the keys on the table and send a message to the host to confirm that they have left the apartment.
