It was clean. Security is good, because it is located within a large hotel complex. Central location- close to transport, beaches, shops, eating places. Very well equipped kitchen- pots, pans, ovenware, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Airy and light unit with many windows and balconies. Supplied with coffee, oil, sugar, spices and condiments for cooking.

We were given the wrong code for the keybox, and spent an hour on the phone trying to sort it out after a long and tiring journey. (The manager of the property was not available to communicate with at this time, which was very disappointing) The unit is within the Ilikai hotel, but if you book through booking.com you cannot use the hotel reception desk for service help or enquiries about the unit. Not enough bedding and towels for 5 guests. Only 2 dishwasher capsules for a group of 5 staying for 7 nights- not enough One bathroom had no soap, shampoo and other toiletries like toilet paper. One drinking glass was cracked, but in the cupboard with other glasses. Noisy at night because of location. Lifts are in constant demand, and often crowded since it is within a large hotel. The laundry is not within the unit. It is located on the same level and there is an additional charge for soap ($2), washing ($3), and drying (from $3).

The management company provided the pass cord for the door by Email ot me, but it was kind of too late as I was too busy and not able to check my email, wehn they could not open the door. After all, I found the email and gave it to them. Riki had 6 people saying in the rooms, and there were towels for just one /person, and not enough to get the new washed towels. Because they were too buy for the wedding and other schedule, so no time to wash them in the washer outside of the rooms. There were not enough blankets for two people, so I had to bring them from my home.
