Orcagna suite with parking

Mieszkanie jest w bardzo dobrym miejscu blisko centrum ! Ma wspaniałego opiekuna który był dla nas przemiły i pomocny . Czuliśmy się jak w domu . Wyposażenie jest takie że niczego ci nie zabraknie . Ponad to mieszkanie ma super klimat . I nie do przecenienia jest parking bezpieczny dla samochodu . Chętnie byśmy wrócili :) super było . Dziękujemy

Amazing kind host (Alessio) who goes out of his way to be present and help in any way required! We had a late arrival but he still met us at 23.30 in the night to receive us properly. What a gem of a person! We traveled the first time with our newborn baby and my husband had to work remotely. Everything went well, so I feel that says a lot. But to elaborate a bit more; The apartment is really clean (and no bugs at the time we stayed there). The location is great; just outside of the city centre, hence calm. It's about 20-25 minutes to the city centre (depending on where you need to be), but the 'city' starts already at a 7 minute walk, I would say. Nearby (about a block away) is a street with shops, restaurants and a big Coop (supermarket). It's just out of the tourist area, which we loved. We didn't need to use the parking, but it is definitely a great benefit considering the location (parking will cost you quite a bit in the garages if you stay for some days). We used the washing machine, and did some cooking; we didn't miss anything. The apartment felt complete and very safe, as did the building and the area the apartment is in. There is a small old elevator, which was very handy for us with the stroller (and luggage), otherwise the stairs are absolutely fine (not narrow or steep). The bathroom was neat, shower pressure and warm water supply fast and good. The second bedroom is small, but probably good enough for a third person. We liked the extra space to change the baby etc. The small balcony is cute. Host provided a ready made baby cot. We felt so incredibly welcome!

The power went out two times, probably because we used the cooking stove. The host was available but before that we already read in the clear manual what to do with outages (go downstairs in the building and turn a switch). Its a small apartment, we were a bit in each others way with my husband working and the baby, well; being a baby. Still it was definetly good enough, and compared to many other apartments in Florence; great.

Very nice apartement, clean and quiet. Big plus is a parking spot near the apartement. Also very friendly host!

Just be aware that its about 15-20minutes walk to the center. It is a nice walk though so I didn't mind.

房东特别特别特别好，还准备了红酒给我们。周边什么都有，超市，饭店，咖啡bar，各种shops，本来还计划在房间做饭，结果天天在外面吃，还有很多家都没尝试。房间特别温馨干净舒适应有尽有。

实在想不出有什么不满意的地方，我都想在这里有这么个房子，生活在这里。
