Disney Escape 3BR Amazing Pool & Water Park

Nothing was mentioned that the unit is on the 3rd floor. Welcome staff needs training. We walked from our Unit which was quite far for a person with disability to get our wristbands only to be told that the office is temporarily closed because the staff was having their Christmas party and that to come back at 3pm. We came back the next day and there was a male receptionist who started checking on our status when the phone rang. He answered and started talking while we waited. He should have told the other party to standby but took about 2-3 minutes before hanging up and getting back to us. .

The property surrounding was excellent, the apartment is exactly what you see in the picture.

Very limited kitchen utensils, it doesn't have all you need to cook, not even a dishcloth or filters to make a cup of coffee when you get there! Besides, the stove is in really bad conditions. They don't provide pool towels even though requesting them. If you are traveling from outside the US the last thing you want to take are towels because of space and weight reasons (very obvious) but they are not kind enough to provide them. The apartment needs a lot of maintenance, the sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable and dirty. Too many things to follow and what you really want is to get to a place and be able to enjoy and relax. This is the first time I give a bad review to a place, but I really didn't like it because the owner is not very nice. Some of the messages I sent through booking they never answered to me and they just said that they didn't get them....I wanted to receive a package while staying there but the owner didn't facilitate the process to me, so I preferred to cancel the order, very disappointing...
