Локација објекта одлична, на минут од плаже. У питању је прави стан, две спаваће собе, дневна соба са кухињом, кухиња је опремљена свим потребним елементима за становање и све делује ново, велика тераса, купатило са веш машином, двориште са простором за седење и простором за роштиљање. Испред објекта постоји паркинг који се не плаћа. У свим собама се налазе телевизори, клима уређаји и приступ интернету. Као и могућност повезивања телефона са телевизором, мада за тим нема потребе, интернет је био одличан. Домаћин љубазан, предусетљив, гостопримљив, доступан за објашњење и помоћ.

У вечерњим сатима (од 18-20 часова) вероватно када се већина гостију врати са плаже, притисак воде у купатилу може да буде слабији и то може да утиче да ли ће вода бити топлија или хладнија али је то вероватно проблем у целом Јерисосу због великог прилива гостију и неадекватне инфраструктуре предвиђене за толики број гостију.

Odličan domaćin, sve kao što piše u opisu apartmana i kao što smo dogovorili, i na raspolaganju ako vam bilo šta zatreba. Odlična lokacija. Centralno mesto u prvom redu do mora. Veliki balkon, u dvorištu sto i stolice i rostilj. Svaka soba ima svoju odvojenu klimu. Sigurno parkiranje pred zgradom.

We stayed at this apartment recently and overall, it was a decent place for the price. The location was good and the house has potential, but there are a few things that need improvement. The bathroom is quite neglected and clearly in need of renovation. Hygiene could also be better – there were cobwebs in some corners that hadn’t been cleaned. The yard is unfortunately not usable, as the grass hasn't been cut in a while. It would really benefit from some basic maintenance and maybe even a tent or canopy to make it more inviting. On the positive side, communication with the host was excellent – he was friendly, responsive, and welcoming, which we really appreciated. With a bit more care and attention to cleanliness, this place could be much more pleasant.

The location was very convenient, close to the beach and restaurants. The rooms were acceptable, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Good equiped kitchen, the apartment has large balconies and a garden with barbecue and is easy to find a parking spot next to the building .Good restaurants and beach few steps away. Nespresso coffee machine great A/C in all the rooms.

The biggest problem was the water supply. The pressure was extremely low, and on some evenings there was barely any water at all—only cold water slowly dripping from the shower. We even had to wash our six-year-old daughter with cold water because no hot water was available. The bathroom was outdated and in a desperate need of a make over poorly cleaned, with mold in the corners, an inefficient shower curtain and an old mixer that made regulating the water temperature almost impossible. Cleanliness throughout the apartment was also could have been better . Several plates, utensils and pieces of cutlery in the kitchen were left dirty from the previous guests. The Wi-Fi was weak and unstable, constantly going on and off especially in the evening the place also needs some electrical sockets. We paid slightly more than €200 per night for three nights after extending our vacation from.a different location. Considering the water problems, cleanliness, unreliable Wi-Fi and neglected bathroom, the apartment offered very poor value for money.
