l'appartement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de deux nuits. Très propre, spacieux, beau terrain vert idéal pour les enfants. Accès et communications facile.

Cuisine très peu équipée, pas idéal pour cuisiner. Une seule salle de bain pour 3 chambres. Literie en polyester.

Le côté pratique : proche de Tadoussac L’extérieur (côté pelouse) La propreté

Nous avons moins apprécié le manque de luminosité de l’appartement (garage transformé). Nous aurions apprécié plus d’équipements : sèche-cheveux et lave-vaisselle notamment. Le prix est un peu élevé pour l’équipement proposé.

La propreté des lieux

Il y avait des locataires au dessus qui était extrêmement bruyant jusqu’à très tard 23h et très tôt le matin 6h . On dirais qu’il n’y a aucune isolation entre les deux logements donc on entend tout ce qui se passe même lorsqu’il parlent .

Spacious and clean. Very close to Tadoussac. On a busy road, but very quiet at night.

Basement apartment. Nicely renovated. 2 problems, one minor and one major. 1. Cooking facilities: toaster, microwave and double hotplate which had to be on highest setting to just about saute onions and fry an egg. No oven. A toaster oven would have been helpful and a better hotplate. Good selection of tableware and cooking utensils. 2. Major problem: no sound insulation in the ceiling, just beautiful tongue and groove pine, which amplified the sounds in the 2 apartments above. The first night, 2 couples were enjoying themselves chatting and laughing above us, but fortunately they went to bed by 10 pm. The next 2 nights, there were 2 families, one with young kids who were not unruly but running around over our heads. Fortunately again, they went to bed early. The final morning, the kids were up well before 7 am. If the people upstairs came home late after a night at the bars in Tadoussac, it would have been impossible to sleep. Or if you came back late and wanted to sleep in the morning.
