San Giovanni 3BR Balcony View IREX Apartment

Very spacious apartment with comfortable beds. Good location and easy to get to the metro stops. Local restaurants and shops close by. Some noise but to be expected from such a central location. Balcony lovely. Good to have 2 bathrooms and the sunken bath was luxurious. Irene was super helpful.

Kitchen utensils could have been slightly cleaner and it would have been useful if a couple of dishwasher tablets and tea towels were provided.

One of the three bedrooms had no doors, only a curtain, which was a bit uncomfortable. The renovation was very superficial, especially in the bathrooms, and more cleanliness would have been better.

The house has a fantastic balcony with sweeping views and it's large and glamorously decorated.

The sink in kitchen needs a plumber to look at it, It's not functioning correctly. The tub in the guest bedroom was slightly dirty. I suggest running white vinegar with a tub of water with jets on once a month. The shower is a nice but a little hard to use and clean pertaining to the grout. I tell you this strictly to be helpful for the manager. I'm sure it will be resolved quickly. These were minor things compared to the overall experience which was great. Love Irex!

Tarihi bir binada, merkezi konumda ve tarihi dokuya bakan böyle geniş bir dairede konaklamak genel olarak güzel ve farklı bir deneyimdi. Özellikle tarihi atmosferi seven misafirler için keyifli bir yer.

İlan özelliklerinde yer almasına rağmen hidromasajlı küvet çalışmıyordu. Girişte tuvalet kağıdı bulunmuyordu. Daireye ait tüm odalardan gece boyunca yaklaşık her 10 dakikada bir ambulans sirenleri duyuluyordu ve bu durum uyumayı zorlaştırdı. Balkon oldukça kirliydi ve önceki misafirlerden kaldığı belli olan, içi sigara izmariti dolu bir pet şişe bulunuyordu. Bu nedenle balkonu kullanamadık. Her iki tuvalet ve duş alanında da kullanmadan önce bizim temizlemek zorunda kaldığımız yerler oldu. Daha önceki yorumlarda belirtilen temizlik problemlerinin maalesef hâlâ devam ettiğini gördük.
