Clean close to everything comfortable

Could use a garbage can in the bathroom. Could use a mat or stickers on the bathtub and maybe a handicap rail or handle.

All the workers we came into contact with were very nice and helpful. It felt like a community

We just wish we would’ve gotten a place on the other side right by the beach

Property was very clean and well maintained. Very quiet and no loud noise distractions. Condo was very clean and comfortable.

Lack of additional parking is only possible negative comment I have. During my stay I was forced to park a couple of buildings away from where my condo was located.

The location was great in terms of distance to the ocean and the subdivision pool. Very close to downtown Destin as well as shopping for necessities.

I didn't like the fact that the hosts insisted that we could not be allowed to enter the appt a little bit earlier even though we pleaded with the hosts that we are traveling with a toddler. I understand the policy as well as the fact that the hosts needed time to clean the appt. At the same time, very little cleaning has been done. The floors were not swept and mopped. There were urine stains on the toilet and some of the kitchen utensils had leftover food on them when we found them in the drawers. Needless to say we were annoyed about the fact that we were told the appt needs time to be cleaned and very little cleaning has been done.
