Massimo super simpatico, premuroso e gentile. Il B&B è in una posizione ottima perché sei a 2 minuti dal centro e dai principali servizi.

Situato nel centro storico in zona tranquilla (anche perché in vie non accessibili ad autovetture). Presenti tutti i confort della categoria.

Lage und Preisleistungsverhältnis topp. (Parken kann man am Corso Umberto I auf Höhe Via Forno Nuovo, zeitlich unbegrenzt, sehr preiswert und mittels Kreditkarte bezahlbar) Wohnung ist geschickt eingerichtet, die sehr kleine Wohnfläche gut ausgenutzt.
Dachterrasse war Anfang Mai bei schönstem Wetter noch nicht für die Saison hergerichtet, war voller Taubenkot und die Liegestühle verpackt. Sie verfügt über keinen Sonnenschutz. Bei einem Apartment, wo ausser dem Bett nichts Platz hat, wäre das ein schöner Aufenthaltsraum gewesen.
Ausstattung sehr karg.
Warmwasser brauchte ewig und dann immer nur für 30 sek, danach wieder eiskalt, dann wieder kochend...
Der Vermieter wirkte sehr gestresst. Spricht italienisch und wenig englisch.
