Absolutely Perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai, whether you are there for a few days or a few months. The apartment owner was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and arranged an excellent maid service as I was there for quite a while. Bed was comfortable and all facilities were excellent. The best location in Chiang Mai in the heart of Nimman. There is also an excellent laundry service on the ground floor (very cheap prices), if you are planning to stay for more than a week. I will certainly be returning to this apartment next time I come to Chiang Mai.

There was nothing that I didn't like about the apartment. However, first time visitors should know that all properties in Nimman are close to the airport and flights can be heard from the entire area. But this noise is fleeting and after a day or so becomes background noise. To be honest, there is no other area that I would prefer to stay , than the Nimman area.

Fabulous studio apartment! It was very clean and chic. The bed was very comfy. You can slide doors out to separate the bed from the main living space but leaving it all open meant you could just chill in the living room. Has a nifty little kitchen and dining table & chairs if you feel like cooking but the building is just a couple steps from the main road where there's an abundance of food options. Located in the Nimman neighbourhood which is packed full of trendy cafes and cute boutiques waiting to be explored. Loved this stay and could definitely imagine doing a longer stay here as it has more of a home than hotel feel.
