Unique 2 bedroom Flat in Heart of Walthamstow

Ci è piaciuto questo bell'appartamento, si sale al primo piano con una tipica scala di legno di casa vittoriana. Spazioso, 2 comode camere da letto, bagno, piccola cucina, grande sala con tavolo e divano con tv. Situato in zona residenziale, i trasporti (bus e metro) sono comunque molto vicini. Noi però siamo sempre stati in Walthamstow e così non siamo in grado di valutare la comodità degli spostamenti verso il centro città.

Ho trovato estremamente scomoda la posizione del lockbox da cui prendere le chiavi di casa. Posizionato all'esterno, di fatto per terra, costringe ad inginocchiarsi per terra per accedere alla combinazione. Un boomer Over 70 quale sono ha trovato la situazione assai scomoda. Suggerisco di posizionarlo in zona meglio accessibile.

All the the things u might need in a flat to facilitate living specifically when traveling with kids. I mean equipments, detergents. Plus, it is so close to station, restaurants and markets.

It smelled a bit, so I needed to clean the house and the fridge. It was very cold the first two days, plus you need to regulate the heating every 3 hrs then the heater turns off automatically.

Location was great for Tottenham stadium, about a 40-50 minute walk or short tube journey

It was rough around the edges. The bathroom especially was not properly clean and the entrance area smelled strongly of mould
