Lovely studio apartment beside Tottenham Hale train station. Very well maintained, clean and secure. Staff were friendly. Close to shops.

Unfortunately it was very hot during our stay. Fans were provided and because it is located on a high floor there was a breeze from the terrace. But it was still very warm in the apartment.

The entrance was a little difficult to find (walking around the building in the heatwave) so may be this could be good for the pre-arrival email (directions to the side or an image) however it was a two minute walk from the tube station which is great. Check in team were very friendly. I had booked an appt with a balcony, the team took me up to one without, however this was very quickly rectified! The apartment was roomy enough for me (ideal for two I would say), it had everything I needed, and the balcony during the heatwave was a bonus. There were also two fans provided which was really needed! It was very quiet, bed was comfy, quiet even with all the windows open, it was nice to settle in the lounge area to watch TV after being out at work. I would happily recommend and will be staying again!

Aircon would have been a real bonus- but that's just because I stayed during the heatwave and would have loved that! Otherwise absolutely nothing that I didn't like! A pint of milk in the fridge would have been awesome on arrival just to have a hot drink (but again I'm being really picky).

The location was good and many amenities around. Quiet area.

When we arrived it took over an hour to get in contact with staff to check in. On arrival at the apartment it was neatly presented however all dishes and cutlery were dirty as was the oven. None of the windows closed or locked and as we were only in the second floor this was unsafe. Despite many attempts to contact reception via phone and in person, we were unable to raise this until we were checking out and were just told to report to whoever we booked through. Lack of contactable staff was an issue. Heating controls not evident and despite being in a heatwave the heating was continually on at night which was very uncomfortable.
