The location was excellent with easy access to Crow's Nest Metro and a short walk to St Leonard's station. A large supermarket and local bars and cafes are all within 10 minute's walk.
The immediate area is slightly lacking in character - more of a commuter residential area. We knew this before we booked though and wanted to be near a friend who lives near by.
The road noise was quite loud in the late evening, including ambulances (the Royal North Shore Hospital is near by). Again, this didn't worry us, but worth flagging for others.
