Amani Villa 4 New, Luxury, Mediterranean, Private Pool, Canggu

Simply stunning property, photos match what the villa looks like in person. Staff were excellent, kind and helpful. M-Mart is located just around the corner. Nespresso pods and a Nespresso machine was provided. Pool got plenty of sun, so was lovely and warm.

Location of the property was not in Canngu but in Pererenan. The road to the villa is unpaved in case anyone had plans of walking anywhere. Door to the cleaners supply room was warped and would not shut. There was a coffee machine but no milk in the fridge.

The villa is located in a great location, only a couple minutes by scooter to all the great spots. By night time it’s quite and undisturbed. The stone features are beautiful and the overall the property is great.

There was only a few minor things that we noticed, The bedroom door doesn’t close properly, the door is warped. The wifi modem in the bedroom has a very bright green light at night time, making it impossible to “black out” the room. The plumbing when you turn on any water is so loud and you can hear it bang in the walls. (Also hear the neighbours plumbing too). There’s so much decor, I’m usually one to like it but this is over the top. The birthday setup I paid $93 Aud for I believe is overpriced and honestly wasn’t as much as I thought it would be for such price. Not to mention by the time the staff cleaned up and left the food was stone cold and was all pretty much wasted. The staff although very accommodating made a visit to the property in the middle of the day while we were relaxing, they used the door bell but opened the front door and stood there looking into the villa waiting for someone to answer them. They repeatedly pressed the doorbell over and over until I made it downstairs. They asked if they could get some stuff out of the store room that’s in the villa to which I let them. I know this isn’t a massive deal but when you’re paying for privacy and comfortability of a villa you’d expect to at least be contacted before staff just rock up and let themselves in. (Not to mention I already hired the staff to be there for 2hrs in the morning to setup a birthday surprise and they could have easily grabbed the items needed then.)

Pool pump unpredictable, excessive amount of water coming into master bedroom and staircase with rain. TV was difficult to work. Staff coming and going to rectify the pool pump. No power for 7hrs.
