Lovely room and grounds, good location short driving distance from the beach, generally good service
Noisy conjoined rooms that are not sound proof. You can hear all your neighbouring guests and everything they are doing (and I mean everything). Also, we were given false information about the difficulty of hiring a Grab driver from the hotel (it is not difficult). Certain amenities were not replaced daily (toiletries, tea). I would not characterize the hotel as 4 stars as it claims.
