I wont recommend anyone staying here unless the management is fixed, the profile photos are real except for the stains on the floor, furniture, everything feels sticky and dirty, the toilet ughh.. Some of the doors are broken, cannot be moved or open, the wall paper are peeling off, the jet washer toilet in my room didnt work properly, i had to ask them to fix it the first night i stayed. Empty shampoo and soap bottles in my toilet, i had to ask for it. At night the lighting is kinda gloomy not bright enough, it has kinda dark old building vibes eventhough its not. The towels and bed sheet are a bit greyish kinda look like its over worn, and the floor towel is torn 🫣 The next day they didnt cleaned up the villa and room, when i ask why, they said because i didnt ask them to clean up 🫣, they didnt even ask me anything, i had to complain first. Worst cleanliness ever.. This totally ruining my happy holiday mood 😅 What a bad management.

The staff were there to welcome us and went the extra mile to get a new wok to prepare halal breakfast for us. They did not even give a second thought about it to help us make it possible. The only comment I would give is the living room especially had many lizards at night. Other than that, we had an exceptional stay there!

Place is really big, the swimming pool and garden are amazing. Rooms are good and clean but much of the details are lacking. Broken doorlock, broken electrical socket, dirty sofa, Bluetooth speaker that need to be plugged all the time, mice at the kitchen. Proper service staff only came at day 3 of the stay For that price, I honestly expected better.
