Well equipped and clean apartment. Not far from downtown.
You can hear the people above walking all the time. Not particularly well insulated building. There was no hot water twice during our stay but the property manager was able to fix it.

Responsiveness of hosts: comfy bed. Cleanliness.
Had to ask host to swap out bedding as it had a heavy floral smell.

They place was beautiful, well kept, very clean & comfortable. Dishes, flatware & a few pots & pans were included. Will definitely book again.
Unit 1, could use room darkening curtains or spot lights out back to be motion activated, it's very bright in the bedroom when trying to sleep. Could use hand towels in kitchen. Instructions for TV remote would be helpful.
