Parking was easy and secure. This spot is very clean and pet friendly. Just minor touch ups like painting and yard up keep would be better.

Parking good Clean rooms but As you enter apartment there was an old musty smellUpstairs didn't have the smell so did not use kitchen or living room downstairs.Close to Brown University.Felt safe in neighborhoodGood value for money initial check in was a bit of problem but owners were very helpful Definitely good value for money will return
