Authentic, small, typical Japanese rooms with basically every amenity needed. Relatively close to Nagai station, well connected to (Seibu-)Shinjuku.
We stayed in a 5-people apartment. Personally, I don't think it's suitable for 5 people with large luggages, a bit more space is needed. Yes, 5 people could sleep there, but to be and live there for 5 days, as we did, was very difficult.

It was in a quiet neighborhood and there were a couple cute parks nearby. The fact that there was a washer in the unit was very convenient.
It's a good walk to the nearest train stations, but there were a bunch of cute cafes and shops on the way. The unit was on the third floor and the stairs were a bit tough to navigate with baggage.
