La calefacción es mejorable, al ser eléctrica saltaban constantemente los conmutadores. En la cocina no hay calefacción y es muy fría. Falta menaje de cocina. El salón, frío y poco confortable. Además, hubo ruido de reformas en el apartamento de abajo todos los días , incluso en sábado, y la estancia fue muy poco agradable.
