O estúdio é pequeno mas super bem montado, tudo novo e em excelente estado. Fica próximo de muitas atividades culturais, restaurantes e compras. O fato de ter um elevador mesmo que pequeno ajuda muito, o que é raro em Paris.

I loved the building and the apartment, and the location is ideal. The fold-out bed wasn't the most comfortable, but the bed upstairs was great! As other reviews have stated the elevator is small, but it's perfect for two people, and is wonderful for getting groceries and luggage upstairs!

Лифт не работал один день , приходила полиция , приходили соседи , соседи шумели с боку , странно кровать наверху под потолком , вентилятор громкий , короче я спала внизу на диване ! Очень маленькая квартирка и очень дорого!
