Its location is away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, affording a quiet place for that desired relaxing getaway, yet a trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you there to experience all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life, including the Margaritaville Resort with its bars and restaurants. Just steps behind your awesome vacation destination is a 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and upscale bistros on the bay are just a short car ride away. This property's close proximity to the Matanzas Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport, all within a 20-40 minute drive. This home is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, but other things only a tropical paradise like Estero Island can offer. For the adventurous, jet ski and parasailing rentals are close by. Should you ever decide to leave your home in paradise, there's always the Key West Express which takes only about four hours on a high-speed boat to Key West, with daily round-trips. On arrival entry is into a furnished lower level foyer and then choose to go up to the two upper levels via elevator*** or stairs. The first level above the ground floor has open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas, one guest bedroom with en suite bath and another guest bedroom with adjacent guest bath. The second level has a laundry room with two washers and two dryers, a wet bar with mini-fridge, two more guest bedrooms with baths and the huge master bedroom with en suite bath.

The kitchen is a chef's delight. There are plenty of cabinets and quartz-top counters, an island with five high-boy bar chairs on the living and dining sides, and all appliances are high-end stainless-steel. Everything is provided to prepare full-course meals should you so desire. Just bring the food! The adjacent dining area has a table seating six, with sliding glass doors out to the balcony with furniture and a gas grill. Also adjacent to the kitchen the living room is nicely furnished and has a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. There are expansive sliding glass doors leading out to an open but covered furnished balcony overlooking the pool and spa below and the beach and Gulf of Mexico. One guest bedroom on this level has a queen-size bed and twin trundle, an en suite bath and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The other guest bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and an adjacent guest bath. The upper level has the large master bedroom with en suite bath, boasting a stand-alone tub and huge walk-in shower with rain shower head, king-size bed and other furnishings, large walk-in closet and wall-mounted flat screen TV and, of course, a furnished private balcony overlooking the pool and spa below and the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Two other guest bedrooms are on this floor, both with en suite baths, king-size beds and wall-mounted flat screen TVs.
