In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and upscale bistros on the bay are just a short car ride away. This property's close proximity to the Matanzas Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport, all within a 20-40 minute drive. The kitchen is a chef's delight. There are plenty of cabinets and quartz-top counters, an island with five high-boy bar chairs on the living and dining sides, and all appliances are high-end stainless-steel. Everything is provided to prepare full-course meals should you so desire. Just bring the food! The adjacent dining area has a table seating eight, with sliding glass doors out to the balcony with furniture and a gas grill. Also adjacent to the kitchen the living room is nicely furnished and has a wall-mounted large flat screen TV.
