الفيلا واسعة جدا ونظيفة وتحتوي كل احتياجات الراحة مثل غرف نوم مريحة وتصلح للعوائل الكبيرة حيث يمكن تتسع ل 11 شخص من غير الشقة التي يصلح ل 5 أشخاص إضافيين. والفلا مطلع على النهر ومطبخ متكامل وجلسات خارجية وطريق للنهر ومسبح خارجي رائع وألعاب أطفال. حقيقة من افضل الفلل في البوسنة، والاهم من ذلك صاحب الفيلا محمد شخص رائع ومتعاون وخدوم.
