L'emplacement, bon petit déjeuner
Douche bouché, ce qui m'a causé de me blesser à la tête avec le porte savon très mal placé à l'entrée des portes vitrées, signaler.....

The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance to the casbah. Everything was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly during the check in. We were able to exchange USD and EUR at the hotel at a decent rate. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which exceeded our expectations. We thought it would be more basic but it was actually very nice.
The aircon in our room was not working and it was extremely hot. we could not open the window because the room was facing the street and it was noisy. The maintenance staff tried to assist immediately but they were unable to help and we were offered to move rooms.

Le petit déjeuné est super bon. Dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est très bien. les chambres sont correctes. L'espace est convivial. Pour un hôtel de ville, c'est un excellent choix !
Le personnel à la réception était à la limite agressif. Avec ma collègue, on a failli partir car il n'a pas su nous expliquer la démarche pour assurer le paiement. Et puis même pour accéder au wifi, il n'explique rien et ne sait pas comment communiquer avec les clients en fait. Un défaut de communication avec un ton très désagréable !

Au petit déjeuner : pas de Thé et pas de pain grillé ! Aucun service sur le roof top qui est pourtant bien "vendu" sur le dépliant.
