I loved how clean the room was, smelt fresh, it had a mattress pad. Some hotels in Algeria do not have mattress pads, it was a large room so comfortable. Loved the energy in the hotel.

The bathroom layout was poorly designed—the door opened directly into the toilet, which was inconvenient. Avoid the sister hotel spa that this hotel recommended. Overpriced and massage was the most uncomfortable I felt like worse after leaving. Hammam was Mediocre. It is a bit far walk from the shops.

Thank you for such a warm welcome and great service during our stay. Abdelmalek and Adlene stood out for their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care, and they made us feel truly welcome from the very beginning.

Prices at the bar are too expensive

Hotel joli et personnel gentil mais il y a eu beaucoup trop de problèmes durant mon séjour. Mauvaise adresse renseignée sur booking, chambres pas prêtes à notre arrivée, toilettes sales et taches sur les oreillers, difficultés énormes pour payer les chambres (je suis passé 4 fois dans l’aprem et puis je suis resté 2 heures à la réception). Les responsables ont fait 1-2 gestes commerciaux qui montrent leur bonne volonté.
