You wont find a better apartment to stay in Varese hosted by a wonderful person.

From the start Manuela was the most welcoming of hosts. She met us on the street to show us the secure parking and then helped carry our luggage the short distance to the appartment (there is a lift). Then she show us around and explained how everything worked. She had generously supplied us with fruit, prosecco, local delicacies, and artisanal pasta and pasta sauce. The apartment was warm - it was Jan and the weather was not great. We could control the heating in the rooms ourselves. The living and kitchen area is spacious and has everything you might wish for. We were there for 6 nights and had purposedly chosen the place as we didnt want to be cramped in a hotel room. I had some work calls whilst there and the internet was excellent. EVERYTHING was immaculate. So clean. The towels were soft and Manuela supplied us with spare towels. There were bath robes if you wanted to use them. Shower good and water nice and hot. Plenty of hanging space in the bedroom. TV in both living area and bedroom. We were travelling from France and one of the important things was access to a washing machine and tumble dryer - Manuela had left washing tablets as well - but we had brought these with us anyway. There is a dishwasher, Nepresso maker and kettle. The location is as central as you can get - overlooking one of Varese's main squares. There was a slight traffic noise but that was to be expected and nothing that would keep you awake. You can walk to the shops, theatres etc. The morning after our arrival Manuela checked in to ensure all was ok - messaging using WhatsApp. She also offered to provide recommendations of places to visit or eat and knows her home city of Varese well. On leaving she met us in person and was keen to understand what could be improved. We couldnt think of anything! There were cheaper places to stay but nothing came close to what this apartment offers. Manuela did all the design herself and she is rightly proud of the relaxing space she has created.

Luxurious and luminous apartment in Varese Centro Storico

The apartment is huge, luminous, extremely well decorated, impeccably clean, with great attention to every single detail. In short, a labour of love. The most generous host welcomes you with almost everything you might need, including salted cookies, sweet pasticceria, mineral water, tea and Nespresso coffee, nuts, chips, different kinds of marmalade, even honey! So we were able to prepare breakfast without the need to go to the supermarket. In the fridge we even found a bottle of prosecco as a gift! The apartment is very well heated, the bathroom is modern and super comfortable.

I have only a minor comment on the location. Even if it is well located in the center of Varese, it faces the Piazza della Republica which is not the nicest square in Varese. Having said that, the huge windows both in the living room and the bedroom allow the light to invade the property all day. This wouldn't be possible if the building had been situated in one of the narrow streets of the centro storico.

A beautiful home-away-from home that feels like a high-end hotel.

This is a beautiful apartment that has been thoughtfully and artfully designed by Manuela (and renovated by her husband!) The beds and sitting area were very comfortable, everything was sparkling clean and the apartment was well stocked. Manuela was a charming host, meeting us at the parking spot (included) and then walking us to the apartment around the corner. She added lots of extras, like fresh fruit, snacks, fresh flowers and bottles of water and prosecco! Everything you could need has been provided, even robes and slippers. The apartment feels more like a high-end hotel, but also includes a washer and DRYER, something we have never seen in an Italian rental before! The location was excellent, as you can easily walk around the old center of the city and also it is close to a lovely park if you want to sit under a tree and relax. Varese is a bustling, working Italian city and not a tourist stop, so it’s a great place to feel the real Italy. Plus you only 1/2 hour from Malpensa (Milan airport!). Thank you Manuela! We hope to see you next time!

A beautiful apartment that felt like home

Stunning design, every detail thought about including small gift, fridge stocked with drinks and fruit, beautiful furniture, smart tvs, washer, dryer, dishwasher and generous snacks. The host was so friendly and helpful and checked in to see how I was and if I needed anything. Gorgeous living area with a beautiful kitchen island, modern appliances, coffee machine and kettle. Comfortable cosy bed and lovely bathroom.

The location is really easy to walk to supermarkets and shops, but does mean you hear cars, markets and road sweepers (but expected in a historic building). I wore ear plugs and closed the shutters and was not disturbed at all.

Nice apartment at convenient location

Apartment is just three minutes from train station and the pedestrian zone of the historic Varese center. Nicely furbished and well-equipped. Location is very central so during the day not particularly quiet. Host Manuela is very helpful and eager to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

Très bel appartement bien localisé!

Manuela était en contact avec nous et nous a accueillis à l’adresse donné. Nous avons pu laisser les bagages même si nous étions trop tôt. L’appartement est très bien situé, bien équipé. Manuela est une hôtesse très disponible et qui prend soin de ses invités.

Exceptionnel !!

On a tout aimé vraiment tout... L'appartement est super bien équipé. Il est très clair décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Mais surtout Manuela avec un accueil comme jamais. Manuela une personne formidable souriante exceptionnelle. Nous allons revenir à Varèse qui est aux portes des grands lacs de Milan. Manuela nous à indiqué des restaurants tous au top surtout on recommande la pizzeria super bien. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons vraiment.

Pure luxe! Een echte aanrader!

Prachtig appartement met privé parking, heel smaakvol en luxueus ingericht, met een super sympathieke host. Wij voelden ons direct welkom en kregen daarbovenop ook nog een mooi welkomstpakket. Het appartement ligt kort tegen het historisch centrum, en op 15 min van het meer met de auto. Een echte aanrader als je Varese wil bezoeken of op doorreis bent.

2 kleine minpuntjes: - Het appartement ligt aan een vrij drukke straat waardoor je wel wat lawaai heb. - Het zetelbed was niet zo comfortabel. MAAR deze 2 puntjes zijn echt te verwaarlozen t.o.v. alle positieve punten!!!

Einfach perfekt ☺️

Wir wurden von der charmanten Manuela beim Parkplatz erwartet und zur Wohnung begleitet. Diese hat uns sehr gefallen. Im Kühlschrank gabs frische Früchte und Prosecco, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass wir neben der Zeit in Varese auch oft und gerne dort waren. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir werden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Manuela!

Her gün başka bir sürpriz, başka ayrıntılar bulduk. Mutfakta herşey düşünülmüş. Saymakla bitmez. Biz eve varmadan Manuela alışveriş dahi yapmıştı. Fotoğraflardakinden daha güzel ve bakımlı. Bina tertemiz. Heryere yakın konumda. Otopark çok rahat ve yakın. Güvenli. Kesinlikle gidilir. Çok teşekkürler Manuela.

Aktuell sicher die beste Unterkunft in Varese, auch im Vergleich zu allen Hotels. Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert und es wurde auf jedes Detail geachtet. Das Team ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr verlässlich. Zusätzlich wirkt die Unterkunft auch noch größer als auf den Fotos.
