great location and facilities. Could see host also used it as their part-time home, so valued that it wasn't just a business but put their own stamp on it and ensured it had good facilities. The decor is eclectic but really grows on you longer there (we were there a week). Felt like a home. Comment on parking/road to property. Wasn't sure if be tight for larger executive car and talked to owner about this as saw a comment from one person who stayed, but whilst road looks tight and would be hard to reverse back up the road/down it, it was plenty wide enough to drive down and the park behind electric gates on drive (with a garage as well), was easy enough to drive in, reverse to drive back out for my car so wouldn't worry about this. Host helpful as well for checking in that all good.

need to go to next village for shops and wider facilities, but train station is bottom of hill, that goes to next village and station right by supermarket/centre of Beaulieu-sur-Mer and buses be easy if not driving. (get a day pass for travelling around the Cote 25E for 2 adults for train)

Maybe the master bathroom need a renovation. But this is not critical. Villa itself is very nice !

Beautiful sea view. Private and quiet place. AC and all kitchen appliances worked well.

The house is not taken care of: some lights won’t turn on, the AC remote controls fall apart, master bathroom stinks, plant pots with dead plants un random places, dry leaves, random things forgotten by previous guests. I found an old shampoo sticker attached to the bathroom door, plates and glasses were sticky, towels and bed sheets were far from fresh (they were greyish and smelled). I’m confident none of them had been washed before our arrival. Pillows, carpets - almost everything had at least a couple of visible stains on it. No curtains in master bedroom - very uncomfortable.
