Wonderful 7 days, perfect house, perfect weather, warm water - superb!!!
The house is well-equipped, was spotlessly clean, air-conditioners in the bedrooms and lounge worked perfectly to cool things down at night, the village is a 2 minute walk down the hill where there is a grocery store to buy all you need. Also close to the old village of Eze so great location. Quick access down via car to any of the beaches.
The parking is tight so you can only park a small car - but we were told that by the hosts so no problem at all.

Nice sea view and greenery around. Outside area with lounge furniture and chairs was relaxing. Layout nice. Restaurants in walking distance.

Exceptional
A very convenient location to visit the Côte d'azur and beyond. The house was perfect for us. Small but well equipped. The host was very pleasant an spoke English perfectly.
The only downside is the proximity to the main road. Nevertheless closing the windows provided some protection from the noise. Fortunately the night were quiet. The parking was too small for our SUV so we had to park far from the house. With a smaller vehicle it would have been better.

La maison, l'emplacement, la vue, les équipements. Tout est là pour passer un excellent séjour
La place de parking est trop petite pour un SUV. Nous avons un KIA SPORTAGE et une fois garé impossible d'ouvrir les portières. Mais nous avons trouvé facilement des places gratuites plus haut dans la rue ! La place a tout de meme le merite d'être existante pour une citadine elle sera parfaite.

Perfekt!
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem liebevoll hergerichteten Haus. Obwohl wir sehr spontan gebucht haben, konnten wir vorzeitig einchecken. Die Gastgeber waren wirklich super freundlich und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Der Jacuzzi ist ein Traum nach einem langen Tag auf dem Fahrrad. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage!
Der Strassenlärm war manchmal etwas anstrengend. Allerdings hört man im Haus gar nichts!
