Appartement bien situé avec tout le nécessaire!
Rue avec du bruit le soir! Des bruits de déplacement de chaises jusqu’a 1am.

L’emplacement de l’établissement est parfait. La rue « LOUIS MOROTE » est parfaite en terme de position. À 50m, d’un côté, tu as la place « SANTA CATALINA » et de l’autre côté, tu trouves la plage et la promenade « LAS CANTERAS ». Une très large rue piétonne avec des bars et restaurants de part et d’autre.
Il faudrait une climatisation car la rue est très animée. En été, il risque de faire chaud.
