Great property, perfect for a family

The property was a good size and clean. It looks just like the photos. The host was very attentive as I made a few requests, and all requests were met.

We did find a towel that was wet or arrival, and another had stains. We had to wash it, but this wasn't a really big issue. Other than that, there wasn't anything negative that I could say.

Thé check in staff was very accommodating allowing early check in to nap the baby and early drop off of food shopping etc. Provided fans during a heatwave which were essential as the property was reaching 35 degrees in the rooms.

This property needs a deep clean, and some decent curtains - impossible to sleep when it is daylight at 530am. Also, construction works going on at the back of the house so 8am wakeups on weekdays - we should have been informed. The whole house needs refreshing as run down (the photos must be old). That said, it was relatively cheap for a 3 bed.

The property was excellent. It had plenty of room are very well furnished. It had everything we needed and excellent value for money.

It would’ve been useful to have another TV in one of the bedrooms, but other than that nothing we were happy with everything

An amazing stay

Amazing stay. Excellent location, excellent management. All facilities were superb. Walking distance to New Cross Hospital, markets, shops and malls. Nice heating system and internet.

Everything was excellent. Would love to stay there again.
